Shivangi Khargonekar
About
Shivangi holds a Master’s in Public Health from Emory University and is passionate about leveraging design methods and tools to create high growth strategies, experiences, services and products that meet human needs.
She currently is a Lead Service Designer at Humana, and has spent four years designing experiences for both its retail and clinical/care delivery businesses. Prior to Humana, she was a Strategy & Operations consultant for Deloitte’s public sector clients, and spent time as a Senior Design Researcher at Doblin (part of Deloitte) working on a high-visibility project for the Department of Veterans Affairs that landed as a finalist for the Service Design Network Awards in 2017 and was featured in Fast Company.
Originally from the midwest (born in Minnesota and raised in Michigan), her career has taken her across the country from Atlanta, GA and Washington, DC to now San Francisco, CA. She spends her free time with her loving husband, one-year old daughter and nine-year old pup.
Finally, Shivangi has a side hustle as a food blogger and started her own business, Raody Recipes, in 2019. She is active on social media in order to foster a community around her business and build her customer base, and recently designed and published her first cookbook, Mindful Indian Meals, available on Amazon. In January 2023, her cookbook was featured in The Washington Post.
